Double6ix7even aka Vladimir Matsenko from Saint- Petersburg / Russian Federation 667 First started to produce breakbeat with massive influence of Chemical Brothers then discovered many new tendencies in electronic music such as drum and bass and IDM/Breakcore. In 2005 after five year experience in wavetable/graintable synthesis and other production skills decided to concentrate all powers on a drum and bass as the primary genre. Second wave of neurofunk was the start point of 667's journey in to the sound. Raw techniques and musicality with great influences of ethnic and orchestral elements is the key advantage of 667's tunes. 
Additive Ft. Christian Oliver
Additive (Nick Hart - 31 years old) studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music after winning a scholarship when he was 14 to study piano and composition. Being classically trained and preferring to perform Bach, Saint-Saëns, Benjamin Britten, Nick's composition was influenced greatly by early genres and art music. Nick moved on from Sydney when he was 19 - settling in the South Australian city of Adelaide. Nick all but gave up piano and composition after the move, and it wasn't until 2004 that he started composing and producing music again under the influence of trance, drum and bass, and electro genres. Now predominantly a drum and bass project procucer, Nick has been influenced most by Dieselboy, Shy FX, Bad Company, Ed Rush, and more recently - Pendulum, Break, Matrix and Futurebound, Netsky, Marky and Noisia. The additive sound has been recently been identified as similar to that of Netsky. Christian Oliver is a singer hailing from Adelaide, Australia. Classically trained and equally as proficient on Trombone and Piano, he has many influences to call on, however his true passion is found in Soul music and the “Neo Soul” genre. Prince, D’angelo, Lewis Taylor and Bilal are some of his greatest inspirations. Aside from heading his own band “Mr Goodnight”, Christian also collaborates with other artists and producers including fellow Adelaide talent Nick Hart – Additive Music.
A P Bolan
Teaching himself aspects of sound engineering/production with the help of the internet and 'dogsonacid' A.P.Bolan has carved himself a living and lifestyle others would die for, his time is his own time to do with whatever he chooses to do, which is mostly producing Drum & Bass (Neurofuturefunk), DJing and partying. For about 10 years he experimented using other peoples equipment,due to lack of funds, then came the digital revolution which enabled him to have all he needed at his finger tips in his P.C. Using Stienbergs Nuendo 3, NI reaktor5, NI kontakt, NI Massive, vst plug-ins and a shed load of quallity samples A.P has had many Dark Hard Funk D&B tunes released thru labels such as " Ozone Media, IDJ, Oni Records,Wayside Records, Mindtech Recordings and Sciatic Recordings (A.P,s own label ). Having had the advantage of being able to see the reaction on the dancefloor to his music at a monthly residency at Holodeck, in the Club Ifor Bach, Cardiff (aka The Welsh Club - Cardiff's only surviving underground music club). gave him the confidence to continue and to have faith in his musical taste and ability and more importantly, his drive and hunger for knowledge of producing D&B
Atom
Atom's musical development started with drums, playing in Rock bands. Early exposure to Trip Hop, Hip Hop formed an interest in experimental based music, later on a passion was developed in Breakbeat and Drum & Bass. Atom's Music production is a fusing of these influences. Overall, Atom's vision is to create deep and emotional tracks by keeping it street and dancefloor. He's based in Brighton, comes from France and had tracks played on 1Xtra radio1 drum & bass show. His first tunes were released on Sinuous records on the future flavas ep.
B4ssTee
Sebastian "B4ssTee" Wisniewski technology-fascinated musician come from Poland and began his love of music from a young age. He has been composing electronic dance music on computer, developing sampling and sequencing software and posting his music to the Internet. Early B4ssTee productions go back 10 years, and were full of rave sounds, far from the sounds of drum'n'bass that he is making today. In 2000 he began to learn the basic skills of music production on FL Studio. He was fascinated by LTJ Bukem and Good Looking label. Jazzy, melodic music is what grabbed the interest of B4ssTee and turned him towards drum'n'bass. Finally he found his own way, uplifting liquid drum'n'bass with jazz, funk and blues sounds. B4ssTee firmly believe that the future of electronic music is in drum'n'bass.
Badweed
Born under the shining sun of south of France , I grew up into Hip-Hop beats, Dancehall riddimz and Graffiti colors..... In 1996, I went to Amsterdam for my horticulture studies where I fall in love for Jungle DNB during a Shy FX party at Melkweg. .... As soon as I went back in France, I joined the Mars Exist crew (who was the first junglist sound-system in Marseille city) and I started to spin records & to make rolling beats on my computer. .... Few years of pratice later, I decided to make music more seriously and I begun to produce quantity of tunes. I made various collaborations with international mc's like Lyricson, Jamalski, Top Cat & Dyer MC. .... In 2006, I begun to work with two frenchy Ragga-Jungle labels: Tuff Gang Records & Toxic France. At the same time, two Badweed's tunes appear on "Electrobel Radio Show Double Best Of Mix 2006". Bass Maniacs
We are 2 Dnb heads who love making all flavours of drum n bass. We are formerly known as Dj Snowy Valentine and Dr Deadly Ed. We were ravers and lovers of dnb right back in the early nineties and have never stopped loving it. We started out Djing back in 98 playing and performing on the local club circuit. We also got out and about playing on pirate radio stations in and around Essex. We started producing together in 2004 and went under the name of Terra-rise but due to other commitments we decided to go our separate ways and get on with the dull boring day to day stuff of working life. We still kept in contact and occasionally met up going out having a rave up to many dnb nights all over the UK. As our love for dnb never stopped we decided that in early 2008 we should regroup and start getting on the production side of things again!! So here we are today under the name of BASS-MANIACS :-) We would love to hear your comments and thoughts as the criticisms will help us develop and move forward with our music style. RESPECT

Bladetone, or if taken by his real name - Raiko Karro, is estonian d`n`b producer, who started producing in 1998.Since then he has produced many sub-categories of drum`n`bass music, but now his major taste is kinda jazzy, liquid, atmospheric. Bladetone music is always light and aerial with great harmony and every element fondleing listener ears. In 2005 Bladetone started producing with local dj/producer Bone. Collabration was so much smooth, that they grouped together as a duo, what`s called Forearm.their production has been getting some good rewievs by DJ`s and another producers and thats why they have more inspiration and willing to create good music.

Boutbeats Flo Bout born on 8 th of March 1981 in Rotterdam Netherlands. At a young age he was exploring the underground party scene of hardcore resulting into falling in love with music in general and dance parties. Every emotion has a sound, in my mind I try to transfer these emotions and start building a track. Everyday is a new opportunity to create better, bigger, sounds which is why I try to reach and grasp every second I can get yet. Joined together by ragga vocalist and Flo's good friend MC Ruff who features on a lot of BoutBeats' tracks. 'I hope u will enjoy our music and keep the party alive'. 'BoutBeats. MC Ruff Ronny Paltoe born 14th November 1978 in Surinam. As a 12-year-old he got interested in doing vocals, especially for Ragga, Roots, Reggea. At age 14 Ruff joined a band and he got the feeling that it was the thing for him. Since then he focused on singing and writing his own lyrics, He wants to let you hear his ideas and let you know what he's thinking of life and living it. Born n Bred in London, UK - Now living in Evesham, the Midlands, UK - Producer & DJ - Breakz - is Peter Corr, 26. `Music is my soul & life, I started by `performing concerts` to my family in the front room with my casio keyboard at about 8 years old (lol), before finding OctoMed on the Commodore Amiga where i started to learn how to use a computer to make music. Then Ihad a break from it while i joined the army thinking i wouldnt have time to learn anymore, but found the Music Generator series on the sony playstation then sony playstation 2. That`s where Ilearnt how to write & produce melodies, beats and how to arrange tunes. 5 years later I decided to come onto the pc to join the big boys of the producer world where I`ve fallen in love with FL Studio. Finally, 18 years (omg) after them first little concerts, I think I'm getting the sounds out of my speakers that`s been trapped in my head! So here we are!
DJ Bugg
Well, I started making music in school when I was 14 and then found out how dj`s do their thing at my friend`s birthday party when I was 17, I`d been loving dnb and hip hop since Iwas 12-13 so Iwent out and got some Gemini XL400 belt drives and Iwas on my way! After 3 months of battering my decks, learning how to mix and making music on cubase vst5 on my pc and music 2000 on my playstation , I started dj`ing at free parties and clubs in and around Manchester and the UK.
Cellarmen
Cellarmen is a duo of italian djs and producers whose members are Frisco and Am:x. Besides being a relentless music collector, Frisco organizes parties in the city of Verona on a monthly basis since 2005 (Infuzion Night), currently involving international and italian artists. In the last years he played alongside such djs as Break, Bryan G, Nymfo, Serum and ArpXp to name a few. Moreover he's behind the realization of a weekly radio show for a local network (Infuzion Radio Show), which is also broadcasted in straming through yastaradio.com. His background is highly eclectic, ranging from the electronic heritage of techno to the mystical vibrations of early dub! Am:x, on the other hand, boasts a long experience in music as he started as a funky drummer at the early age of 15, and once he discovered electronic music he started producing his own tunes and playing as a dj. In the recent years he frequently cooperates to the realization of parties together with the WcSet crew in Bologna, sharing the console with national and international artists. And in spring 2009 he released his first solo track on Subculture, one of the most famous italian dnb lebels. The goal of Cellarmen is to get the most form the wide backgrounds of its members, creating muisic that works on the dancefloor and that's good for the listening too. The main ingredients of the recipe are those of the classical oldschool tradition: sharp breakbeats and blazing basslines!
Chaotic Pulse
Chaotic pulse is a Lyon based french producer who's aiming at creating dark landscape supported heavy basslines and drums. He began music with guitar and drums playing in several local bands, from metal, to electro-dub, he also performed techno live set in many event from rave to more classic events. Having a very various musical background, he discovered drum n bass in the late 90's and listen to it continously since then, he's first production was more some kind of idm/breakcore along with techno. For a few years now he's focused more on drum'n'bass by trying to combine production with a live PA approach inherited from his techno years. He blends his taste for dark drum n bass with diverse musical influence like horror movies soundtracks, ethnic musics or metal. (thanks to double negative for the bio)
Cognizance
Cognizance, a.k.a. Dominic McPhee , started making music when he got into high school. Finding his early roots in the sounds of so-called “punk” or “alternative”, he started a band with some friends from his hometown Combermere in the Ottawa Valley. As he was introduced to new sounds, namely the break beat and drum & bass, his musical tastes evolved and he discovered the wonderful world of production. Finding this new passion, he quickly realized he wanted to play these songs to a crowd live. Combining new digital technology with good ol' 12” mixing, he spun next to the likes of Freaky Flow and the Scartat. Depending on the night, the Cognizance sound can vary quite a bit. Although the dark & dirty dance floor killers are usually to be found, there is always a layer of soul on top. Combining many of his other musical influences, the cognizant sound is sure to infect you.

I started producing music while still in high school, next thing I started buying all the gear I could get my hands on and study it inside and out. Music has became my obsession... I really got interested in electronic music, ever since my dad dropped The Prodigy's "Experience" on me in the car. The Prodigy along with Chemical Brothers opened my eyes on new possibilities in the world of music Though had gone through a few phases and different genera's since then, I finally found Drum and Bass~! Demie is an Estonian producer who has been making tunes for around 7 years and produces mostly softer sounds of drum?n?bass. Outside of drum and bass, Demie is into all kinds of different music, starting from classical music to psytrance.
Diztantz
Martin was first introduced to d&b by freinds around 1997, he soon after started collecting records & learning how to mix. Intregued by the music he heard at the clubs, he started messing around with samples around 2002 slowly learning how to use 1stly programs like reason, before moving onto vsts eventually. Heavily influenced by the reggae/ska music he listened to as a kid, Martin tries to incorporate that sound into this music. Dub Phizix
Having been influenced by music as diverse as Brian Blade, The Yardbirds, Erykah Badu, A Tribe Called Quest , Bugz in the Attic, The Stone Roses, Photek and Calibre; Manchester based Drum and Bass producer Dub Phizix began his obsession with music over 15 years ago by annoying the neighbours with a guitar, a double tape deck and his Dads collection of 7” records. In 2000 he decided to turn his interest of Drum and Bass music into some compositions of his own. Since then the aim has been to make forward thinking, eclectic music, which has the longevity of the music which influenced him. 10 years later and Dub Phizix is an accomplished producer having made music in a variety of styles. Credits include tracks for; Nokia and V inspired and have featured on MTV, BBC and 4Music. During this time he also released music on IDJR and emixed for Panjabi MC and DRS. The latter, being "Slow that Flow" which received support and airplay from Ras Kwame, Mistajam, Chimpo, The Steppahs and MRK-1. Other DJs to play his music include Fabio, Marcus Intalex, A-sides, Bailey, Loxy, Data,Sabre,L Double,Marky and many more. He has collaborated with many artists such as Future Cut, Virus Syndicate, Broke ‘N’ English and Skittles. He also carried out production and mix work for the majority of acts on the Manchester music circuit from his “Dub Tub” studio, which he ran for 2 years from above Sankeys Soap nightclub. This varied from hip-hop to Indie to Folk. As a DJ; he mixed the worlds first games mod for Grand Theft Auto alongside MC Code:breaker. As well as appearances at nights including Hit and Run and Platoon. He was also one third of the Phizical education show on Unity radio with DJ Pale and MC Longman. This has since become a monthly podcast. 2010 is the year for Dub Phizix, Drum and Bass to surface. With a number of releases due throughout the year and beyond. The first of which; OK [feat Fox] b/w Heart Soul and Mind came out in January on IDJR. “Between Us” will drop a in April on the “Without Borders” LP on Translation recordings with “Handmade to follow on a 12” epilogue. Other releases to come include dance floor favourite “The Editor” featuring Strategy from Broke ‘n’ English on legendary label Soul:r and “Arcane Odyssey” with Genotype due on Loxys Cylon recordings imprint. With more releases still to be finalized and a number of performances due for 2010 the future looks bright.
Dubwater
From a young age, I have always been involved with music. I first discovered jungle through college radio CFMU 93.3 around 1997, and I was instantly hooked. The rolling bubbly basslines went straight to my brain and I started to collect these sets on tapes, labelling them "RAVE" (lol). I bought Roni Size's New Forms album based on a review in Rolling Stone, and never looked back. I started collecting vinyl in 2000, grabbing every Congo Natty and Vinyl Syndicate plate I could get my hands on and also started to dabble with production software. Fruity Loops was my entry in to the world of production, around 2002 and I was making hip hop beats and really trancey-sounding dnb which was actually kind of big for a minute. In the last year I have really immersed myself in music production, trying to teach myself as much as I can and trying to make a name for myself as a producer. Its a learning process and each one of my tunes I feel is getting stronger.
EmaKha
EmaKha est un artiste de 23 ans, originaire de Strasbourg expatrié à Paris. Présent sur la scène drum'n'bass depuis plus de 4 ans ans il commet ses live drum’n’bass au sonorités fraiche et lourde dans les différentes salles et bars de la région alsace tel que le noumatrouff à Mulhouse ou le molodoi à Strasbourg. Outre son activité de liveur, il compose activement et ne tarde pas à se faire repérer par le label ASTROFONIK basé à Marseille, qui lui permet de sortir son premier vinyl au cours de l’été 2008 sur le nouveau label ASTROFONIK D’n’B créer pour l’occasion, le second ne se fait pas attendre en décembre 2008 et un troisième opus début septembre 2009. Erbalist
With 9 years under his belt as a Dj, the Erbalist has had plenty of experience with drum and bass. He first became infatuated with the music in 1997 and has dabbled in practically every aspect of the scene ever since. Since he got his first set of decks, he experimented with a few different styles but always came back to the roots of what he loved; ragga jungle. For the last few years, he has fashioned his own distinct style; a mix of hard dancelfoor drum and bass and ragga jungle. Hailing from Peterborough, the Erbalist began playin in some of the biggest clubs in his hometown in 2000 and tore up the scene with his tight mixing skills. Not content with only djing, The Erbalist began tightening his skills as a producer and pushing his own brand of drum and bass aimed strictly at the dancefloor. In recent years the Erbalist has honed his sound to a razors edge, cutting through speakers and tearing up dancefloors across Ontario. He has also reached an international audience as a guest DJ on Ragga-Jungle.com, however, this is just the beginning of his conquest for international D&B status. The Erbalist breaths a breath of fresh air into the classic sounds of ragga jungle, bringing back the sound of years go by, injected with the fresh 2006 styles he has up his sleeve. Whereever you find him or his music, you'll be sure to see heads nodding, bodies moving, feel the rolling basslines and the earth shaking sound of the jungle room dancefloor master himself.
Evidence
Evidence (aka Brad McLaughlin) is originally from Sudbury but is now residing in Toronto. Versatility is the best word to describe this young up and coming producer. Whether its drum and bass, dubstep, house/electro or even techno; Evidence always brings a fresh vibe with his production.
Fuzzybear
He is based at his studios in Portsmouth, UK and he runs and produces for Greenpiece Records alongside Tommy Stalker He has played various events in and around Britain including Breakneck, Binary Motives, Rinsed and Battle Junction to name a few and is always willing to play and travel anywhere he is needed to smash the place up!!!
Francium
Adrien Pierre, aka Francium, grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan but moved to Montreal during the summer of 2005. During his middle school years, he was particularly influenced by electronic artists such as the Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, and DJ Shadow. At the age of 15, he stumbled upon a simple music production computer program known as Garage Band, this started his wheel turning for producing electronic music. Having played in an orchestra for seven years, he applied his musical knowledge to his tracks. A couple months after moving into Montreal, he met Guillaume (aka Nitrous), and has produced drum and bass since then. Adrien has recently started to bedroom DJ liquid and intelligent drum and bass. He is now majoring in electrical engineering.

"Takeshi 'Fuj' Fujimura started producing in 2007 after years of listening and raving to drum & bass. His initial foray into music was playing the guitar during the glory days of metal. Not long after shedding the long hair he discovered an affection for the syncopated beats of drum & bass/jungle, in particular the iconic sounds of Roni Size/Reprazent and Ganja Kru. The love of all things 'breaks' evolved even further whilst living in Canada, working in record shops and setting up raves in the Vancouver scene. After a brief stint of living the domestic picket fenced ideals of suburbia in Sydney, the drive to break some beats of his own was too strong to ignore. Focusing on all styles of drum and bass, Fuj aims to blend various styles from all genres to create an eclectic mix of future drum & bass."

G.Zurita(1981) beggin his love for electronic music with a simple beat box machine in 1996, in 1998 took his first turntables, in august 2000 a big fire destroyed his own room full of vinyls, synths,and other music stuff. At 2001 starts his dj career in the early rave scene of Barcelona (Catalunya) as a foundator member of Neblina Sound , playin exclusively Raggajungle, Old school Jungle - Drum & Bass - and mixin it in to reggae vibes, in this time he couldnt get this early ragga jungle tunes, so used to mix , a 7" reggae vynil and jungle tracks, the same year took a pc and build it only to make music. in 2004 starts "Frakaso Eskolar" , the first weekly Drum & bass party in BCN, at this time BCN D&B scene was a little exotic thing, ,Chopstick dubplate(Ny-Bcn),Dubcelona,Neblina Sound,One Blood soundsystem,Dj Rona ,Dj 8 (colombia),Chris Liberator (uk), and many others are the names of the artists who played there. In 2005 the rave scene in BCN is totally dead, so he decides to focus all to work hard into music composition, Remixing and production, actually is working in some other style music projects. Dj Fekim(1982) start his love for Jungle music in 1998,he was also a Graffiti Artist and B -boy ,but all changed when he get his first decks, is also a foundator member of Neblina Sound. Since 2001 he offers Jungle sets in many diferent kinds of events, free parties,clubs,pubs over Spanish Territory, He recorded on 2004 "Neblina Sound inna Jungle Style Mixtape". From 2006 to 2008, works as a resident dj in the Basline club in Barcelona. He also played sometimes in Deutshcland (Bonn , Cologne), and France (Montpeller). Illiko Projekt
Illiko projekt est un krew drum and bass composé de 2 artistes français. Rémy et Xavier, qui deviendront très vite okupé et leka, sont tous deux nés en 1985. Leur rencontre date de 1998 ou il se rapprochent grâce a une passion commune le skateboard. A cette époque chacun de leur coté ils réalisent des morceaux électroniques. Après des heures et des heures passées seules devant leur PC, ils décident de mettre leurs techniques en commun et créent illiko ProjeKt en 2005. Ils sont beaucoup influencé par le hardstep mais également le reggae, le ragga et le hip hop qu'ils ne se lassent pasd'écouter dans leur chambre d'étudiants. C'est le son des free-party qui leur a donné envie de se lancer dans la production en 2001. MuKus produit également de la hardtekno et du hardkore. Ces inconditionnels de Noisia, Pendulum, Phobia, G-Dub, sont à la recherche perpetuelle de sons nouveaux et leur musique ne cesse d'évoluer.
Infraktus
Naviguant dans le milieu underground de la musique électronique, infraktus commença à l’age de 18 ans à apprendre et explorer la technique des instruments musicaux virtuel et analogique pour se donner à la composition de live techno. De 2001 à 2004 il joua en collaboration avec d’autres artistes de la scène techno dans de grosses manifestations musicales réunissant plusieurs milliers de personnes pour une seule et même cause, l’amour du son! C’est en 2004 qu’infraktus quitte ce milieu pour se consacrer a la production et au mix drum and bass. Apres 3 ans de progression il signa chez Sound Box Production en 2006 et sortit son premier release puis chez In Da Jungle Recs ou il signa 2 morceaux et chez flight recording avec un album prét à voir le jour pour le courant 2008 !

Q.uency - drum`n`bass producer and DJ, known as Mahjin (in Hip-Hop and Reggae/Ragga circles), the present name Aleks&1077;&1077;nko Maxim, was born in 1988 and lives in Kiev (Ukraine) He picked up Drum`n`bass in 2003, after having heard a mix "Jungle Ragga Beats" from a friend, the track "Remark - Sound murderer" which has played a huge role in his musical orientation, later on he got influenced by "Dieselboy, Aphrodite, Bizzy B, Dj K, Future Prophecies and Technical Itch. This made him move over to the darker side of drum`n`bass. Nowadays he feels musicians like Noisia, TeeBee, Typecell, Chris SU, Dissident, Sta and Paul B which all added to the his deep/techno/Neurofunk sounding drum `n` bass music. He started producing in early 2005, first his tunes were only heard in a closed circle of friends but he rapidly developed a decent level of production by mid 2006 his first official release on free-mp3 a label "Darkland recordings" under the name &uot;Unknown substance EP" By the end of 2006 his first vinyl release "Nightly fumes" came out on the English label "Ennex records"
Kensai
Max Brett aka Kensai grew up in Hamilton, Ontario where he started spinning hip-hop at the age of 16. The passion for drum and bass grew from there after attending Freakin` 1998, one of the historic large Toronto parties. After a hiatus from hip-hop in 2000, Kensai became a full-on dnb dj and held down the Thursday night timeslot on dnb.techno.fm. for 3 years. This all arose from an unprecedented move to Montreal where he linked with Nitrous and Special S. In Summer 2006 he moved back to Toronto to finish his school. Nitrous and Kensai continue to put out collaborative material and oversee the Indajunglerecordings project. When he`s not rinsing beats he is teaching math.

KEYGENLOG aka Christian Mate has been closely following drum and bass for over a decade. Main influences being from Digital / Spirit / Metalheadz / Full Cycle / Alan Wilder / Ralf Hildenbeutel . 2009 he sent tracks to Digital and Doc Scott and receives a positive response. Digital and Doc Scott started dropping his tracks into there sets.

Hailing from Winnipeg , Canada , Krisco has been hard at work rockin’ crowds in his hometown and abroad with his energetic DJ sets that never fail to make the place move. More recently, his musical endeavors have led him into producing tracks to compliment his eclectic style. His 1st release on In Da Jungle Recordings, is a ragga kissed, bass heavy stormer that spreads “Positive Vibes” throughout the dance.
KZSS
Like most dnb people nowadays we started as a band playing the local circuit and beyond.We all met through a mutual love for all things music and where fortunate enough to play a whole host of gigs. After this Rhys moved to Cardiff from our home town of Cwmbran and fell head over heels for drum and bass. Rhys started creating mix tapes with a shit pair of decks and a four track these were sent back to cwmbran in an effort to coax Adam into the drum and bass scene, from here we spent many a night at the now legendry Bulletproof, Submerge, Silent Running and early Hospitality nights soaking up as much dnb as possible. These nights had a massive impact on us and we held frequent house parties so we could learn how to tear it up. We then started Killin Zoe and started playing decks everyday, recording mixes for friends, learning production and blagging as many local gigs as we could. These formative years saw many an hour spent just trying to play out as much as we could and being sat infront of computer. We decided to change the name of the outfit to KZSS ( pronounced K Zed S S) and started our own night , Wreckreation , in Newport as a vehicle to showcase our own tunes. At this point the BBC and BBC Wales started supporting our tunes and we started gathering airplay and more of a local following. Various living arrangements then forced us to part ways for a while. Adam dedicating himself to production in Canada. Rhys and Luke continued to play out locally. Adam's time in Canada was well spent as he gathered support from the Vancouver scene whilst Rhys' persistance saw them join Cardiff's most popular night Aperture. Now there are forthcoming releases on prestigious labels such as MIndsaw and Section 8. Lenny Breaks
"Lenny Breaks" A New Jersey native, Lenny Breaks has been an east coast fixture for almost 10 years. His Career goes back to the legendary Structure parties in Asbury Park. Lenny's resume is impressive, spinning alongside names such as: Dylan, Gein, Nightbreed, Protocol, Mason, R.A.W., Outrage, Burner Brothers, J-smooth, Odi. He has held residencies in NY, NJ, and has made appearances on DrumnBassTV.com. As one of the driving forces behind "Artists In Motion" (Aim Crew) and part of the production team “Enemy.Atlantic” Lenny has made a name for himself spinning hard hitting Drum & Bass. His scratching skill and tight mixing set him apart from the rest. His ability to perform on 4 turntables and 2 mixers with DJ Switch made him a fixture in state NY, at events such as Eternity 8. Lenny has been involved with many events in New York/New Jersey. Aim Crew was responsible for Local Broadcast, a free weekly which showcased excellent D&B talent for over a year. Aim Crew was also responsible for the D&B room at Kinky & Dirty, a monthly in Asbury Park, which ran for a year solid. Currently Aim Crew is still responsible for events bringing out names like Limewax, to the east coast.
Lucky Souljahz
Lucky Souljahz consists of DJs Dexx & Riddim, aka Theodore Poirier & Adrian Alphonso. Based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; their styles are prodominantly influenced by Drum Funk, Dub / Reggae, IDM, Hip Hop, and everything in between. They rock the smallest, most intimate house parties, to the finest clubs Canada has to offer. Having murdered countless venues from Banff, to Toronto; this duo is an absolute must-see for any Jungle / D&B enthusiast. Their first release "For Real" is out now on In Da Jungle Recordings, and they have more slated for early `07. Keep your eyes open for more Dub infused dancefloor smashers from these two Canadian soldiers.
Mark H
Mark H has been making beats for around 6 years and produces tunes across the spectrum of drum'n'bass. His taste usually is liquid, dubby and deep styles. Outside of drum and bass, Mark H is into his hip hop, classic funk, dub, reggae, chill out and breaks. He has a monthly residency on kindafunkyradio.com, which is a live, streaming exclusively drum'n'bass radio station hosted from Derby, UK. New tracks by the artist and other local talent can be heard on the show, broadcast on Sundays 6-8pm (GMT). In the future he hopes to continue DJ'ing and playing out at events in Nottingham and other parts of the UK. Mark H is currently studying a course in Music Software at Stone Soup Studios in the UK. The aim of the course is to produce and E.P. or L.P. through collaborations with other local production talent. In 2005 Mark H won L Double's BBC 1Xtra competition for unsigned track of the month with the deeply reggae influenced "Kingston Rock", with its deep winding bass and rolling beats. "˜Sunsplash" continues the dubby trend with a more modern sound and up to date production. If you like Visionary, Calibre, Aries, Juju or Marcus Intalex then it's worth giving this track a listen.
Materia
Tectonic aka Materia aka Jan Warnstam started his music career on an Amiga 500 in 1988. Since then he has produced many styles of electronic music and seen the birth of genres such breakbeat, jungle and drum'n'bass in the early 90s. He started acquiring more dedicated hardware and soon decided to take his music production to a new level, and to a wider audience. In August 2000 he participated in a remix competition on the Swedish Radio P3 show Morgonpasset, followed by sending of demos to P3 Dans and P3 Demo in September under the name of Soil of Sound. In spring 2001 a 15 minute special show dedicated to his previous and present music was featured in P3 show Syntax Error. In April 2001 Back to Plastic founder Thomas Bergsten approached wanting to start a new drum'n'bass label to release tracks on vinyl. Pressure Cut Recordings was a fact and has so far released one 12 inch vinyl with tracks by Jan under the production alias Hidden Lab. Parallell to this Jan also got a breakbeat remix signed to a compilation album on Invisible Records in Chicago, using the monicker Soil of Sound. This compilation album was released in september 2001. During 2002 Jan was also signed to the Swedish breakbeat label "Sound of Habib" based in Gothenburg, and the first release on this label consists of two tracks on a compilation album coming autumn 2002. In 2004, Materia was contacted by London based Basic Recordings and the track Impact was signed to the label. The 12-inch was released in summer 2004 with a Paradox remix on the flipside. To celebrate this a release party was held at HQ in Oxford in May where Materia aka Tectonic played alongside Mattrick, Chemical and Loxy from Metalheadz. More recent releases include a track on Australian Kinematic as well as three tracks on Canadian Earwaks and three on German Tilt Recordings, and most recently two on Finnish Digital Tunes Dubs. Forthcoming releases are planned on several new labels, including Secure Records, Unholy Records, Intelligence Audio, Oni Records, iDJ Recordings and Gun Recordings. The past gig list now includes countries like Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Estonia and Poland. Several gigs are being negotiated and in April Tectonic will play four gigs in Denver at Recon, Diskonect, System and the big festival Nation 4. May starts off with two gigs in Minneapolis - Konkrete Jungle and 9th Circle. The future looks bright with forthcoming collaborations together with other electronic producers as well as vocalists and instrumentalists and more international gigs in the pipeline. Hailing from Las Vegas, and now celebrating 6 years in Los Angeles; Metaphase is an active artist and supporter in the local and Int'l Electronic Music Movement. Electronic music caught the ear of Metaphase in 1998, in old warehouse and desert parties of the classic Vegas rave scene. Mineral
Ilkka Kurkela is a drum'n'bass producer & DJ known as Mineral. This Finnish artist has been hooked to drum'n'bass since 1996/1997. He has produced music for over a decade, and his music has been played on several radiobroadcasts during the recent few years. Four of Mineral's tracks have been signed to In Da Jungle records, and they're going to be released in 2007. Usually Mineral focuses on atmospheric and mellow tunes with additional old-school spices, although every now and then he produces darker & rougher sounds as well. In addition to producing drum'n'bass, Mineral has been spinning records on Finnish clubs & drum'n'bass parties since 2001 with names like Resound, Digital, Seba, Tech Itch and Noisia. Mineral is truly a profound lover of drum'n'bass!
Nick & Erina Z
We're Nick and Erina Z and we met in Japan and started throwing parties there. Since we married, we started to make tunes together. They the co-owners of In Da Jungle Recording. We have a few programs, we have CubaseSX3, Frooty Loops7, Reason,Sony Sound Forge8. We have 2 synths, a Korg MS2000B (Japan Version)and an Access Virus TI Polar. We currently have a pair of the Dynaudio BM6A MKII monitors,an M-Audio Sub and an M-Audio sound card.
Nitrous
Guillaume Provencher a.k.a. Nitrous has been introduced to Drum & Bass in the late 90` with the first records of the Ninja Tune Camp. Having taken his roots in the Hip-Hop scene, he immediately got hooked with those breaks. Spinning since 5 years now, The Nitrous has taken the Mtl Drum & Bass scene by Storm. He plays a large range of Drum & Bass going from the mellow and chilly, passing through the jazzy . Liquid and going to the Darker side of it, touching the Jungle/Dubwise too. He`s a very polyvalent Drum & Bass Dj. He founded his own Production Company called Kracked Knuckles. His first event, Summer Breeze, has been acclaimed as one of the best underground Drum & Bass party of the summer of 2000 in Montreal. Nitrous played alongside many well know Dj`s in the likes of Concord Dawn (NZ), Kemal (UK), Klute (UK), John B (UK), Panacea (Germany), Digital (UK), Juju (USA), Freaky Flow (Toronto) and Capital J (Toronto). Having played in numerous parties and club events, he has now a solid experience on how to please the crowd. He`s now making thing movin` with the now well established monthly parties In Da Jungle bringin` only the finest dj`s since more than 5 years now. He later got introduced to dnb production and he is the co-founder and owner of In Da Jungle Recording.
Nixx
Since 1990, Nixx has been playing different styles of music, such as funk, reggae, hip-hop, electro, jungle and jazz. In 1992, he became the resident DJ of the `Bikini Test` for about 10 years and has also been outplaying in various clubs and festivals including `Case-‡-Chocs`,`Frisson`, `Usine`, `Boa`, `Gasskessel`, `Leysin Alpes Festival` and many more. He took part in the collective `A-Poetik` in 1997 and has toured all around europe. Nixx is also an experienced producer. His music, tinted with analog synths and unique sounds, is of comtemporary fashion ranging from heavy dancefloor to breakbeat tracks with melodic lines. The english music magazine `Future Music` rewarded him as being one of the best sound designer in 2003. He release the Reset E.P. on Creative Commons in 2005. As a dj, Nixx is mainly playing electro and drum`n`bass sets at the moment.
Nosrac
Nosrac (Nos pronounced as in MS Dos) aka Steve Carson became involved in Toronto`s Drum n Bass Scene in the late 90`s being influenced by neighbourhood rollers Illfingas, Slip n Slide and Gremlinz. Influences include Evol Intent, Noisia, Spor, Pendulum, Ray Keith and Photek with full respect to the Ragga Jungle originators. Producing more seriously over the past 3 years, Nosrac has received play on BBC Radio`s Big Box Show with TST in addition to radio and party play in Manchester, Dublin, Montreal, Toronto, Halifax, Vancouver, North Carolina, Ohio, Okinawa and Sidney. Coming from a background of playing live funk, reggae and metal, Nosrac brings an element of traditional song structure to each of his tracks, which can range from melodic and uplifting to brutally twisted. Look forward to a pile of new material this year as he packs up his laptop, takes a break from his job teaching High School Math and Physics, and heads to B.C. and then South for an extended sabbatical of ski, surf and serious DnB production.
Omnius
My name is Jez. I make drum & bass under the name Omnius. I live in Birmingham, UK and I've been writing electronic music since around 1994 when Octamed was the software rockin my Amiga 500. I first got into Drum & Bass around 96 through producers like Photek and Alex Reece but never got seriously into producing, choosing instead to embark on several years playing bass in various bands....cue vague memories of Peel Sessions / broken down vans / good times etc I got back into producing electronic music seriously around 2004 and haven't looked back since. My style of DnB is deeply atmospheric and melodic and with several releases scheduled, 2010 should be a good one....so watch this space
Optimystic
Jack Jariwala, aka Optimystic, based in Carmarthen, Wales (uk) has been spinning tunes since 1998, and producing electronic music since 2001, although he has been making noise for much longer! his clubnight Fat Lace has been going for 4 years and the likes of Resonant evil, Rohan (bassbin recs), Break + Silent witness and Simon Bassline Smith have graced the decks. I also rap/beatbox in The Hip HQ - a live 8 piece funk/hip hop group. I make my tunes using Reason 3, soundforge,recycle, occasionally cubase (for recording and such).

Override
Override has been producing music for 10 years and has always loved the liquid side of drum n bass. throughout the years he's been producing drum n bass tracks which bridge the genres of liquid, neuro, and dark drum'n'bass. a gearhead by nature, override uses lots of hardware in his productions, especially analog synths. never afraid of a good vocal line, override has been working with various singers, writing and recording original lyrics for the tunes. overall his music philosphy is to keep the track pumping with groovy drums and deep basslines, but always leave room for light melodic leads on top. Nowadays override resides in Montreal.
Plakka
Plakka's first artist name was Madruler, born and raised in Brasschaat (Antwerp), he started out as a dj in 1993, playing house, techno and the odd funk & soul-set with his dad's record collection. When studying communications at the university in '95 he permanently switched to jungle & drum 'n bass and teamed up with his mate LMNT to form BMdoubleV. Around 2001, with the help of fellow hometown d&b nuttahs, he started the CONNECTED-crew to organise parties in and around Antwerp. Queensyze
Queensyze has been labeled as creating ``schizophrenic madness`` when performing on stage or in the studio. With her two personalities ``Evil Q`` and ``Electro Q`` she performs and creates a diverse palette of Drum and Bass and Electro tunes to utterly insane mash-ups. She is an inventor and a re-inventor. Bored with current traditions she invents new ones. As soon as you think you have her labeled she`ll create the exact opposite just to keep her out of a box! This comes as no surprise since she spends all of her time in the studio working on arrangements and experimenting with low frequencies from her arsenal of Retro Tech synthesizers. Her creations are now released under Solid Vinyl (UK), Incidental Records (CA), Oscillate Recordings (CA) and her own imprint Tune Inc. Recordings. Also look out for her Electro Q creations ("Papparazzi Snap My Photo", "Fk Me Amedeus", & "Hell Yeah") are now getting remixed by the robot man himself John B! To evolve with the digital revolution, Queensyze has created her studio to be more mobile. She can now play complete sets without touching a turntable and her shows have recently been described as John B meets Bad Company! In her shows she builds her tracks live, while creating on the spot remixes. Playing hard (old school and new school) mashed up Drum and Bass all mixed up with retro-80`s and has been known to mix in the odd Electro-trash tune! Qumulus
Born and raised in West London (UK), Qumulus has moved through all genres of music coming full circle back to drum and bass. Citing a broad spectrum of influences from soul to electro and early house, he was a keen audiophile for many years before attempting to enter the world of djing, which for him was an inevitable path. Starting out initially as a hip hop dj renowned for playing the local parties in West London, he gradually progressed to warehouse raves and pirate radio. his youth was musically enriched with all of Londons pirate stations, many of whom he contributed guest appearances, interviews and dj sets. Throughout his foray into the music scene, Qumulus has experimented with most genres of music adopting the Norman Jay or Giles Peterson philosophy of simply wanting to play and hear good music. His college/university years bought a flurry of activity which he utilised to develop connections within the dance music industry and catalyse involvement in various nights in and around London. Some may recall his shows on World Wide fm (deep house, filter house, techno) although he was predominantly known for his regular drum n bass show (Journey sessions) which saw a myriad of guests over the years. This show led to various stints in and around London whilst also holding regular London residencies. Gradually, he entered the world of production after initially starting off with a Yamaha drum machine to which he later added a Roland-MC303. "Its the case in production sometimes that you start with a few bits of kit and eventually get them all talking to each other, next thing you know, youre programming still learning about production all the time, as is everyone else I guess. Although, I think it will be years, if ever, when Im happy with my sound" Qumulus started, like many, by contributing music for digital release on various labels (Strictly Digital, Point 9 Recordings, digital downloads, Vibration Recordings and more recently brazil’s new addition Allstreet Recordings) To accompany these digital releases, Qumulus has also released 12” singles on labels like Outta London, Vibez, Zen, Sensor and Keynote Recordings. He has also released numerous bootleg's over the years such as a Roy Ayers bootleg and more recently a TPain and Snoop Dogg remix to name but a few. He has also completed Remix’s for Studio 30, hip hop producer Roeg Du Casq and collaborations with other renowned producers such as Cybass (Brazil), Champagne (Finland) and Jett (Florida). Having kickstarted a new bi-monthly dnb session in the UK called Subsonic which has already seen the likes of Chase and Status, Logistics, Alix Perez pass through, and the likes of various Good Looking Records artists aswell as heavyweights like Fabio and Calibre penned in for the coming months, things are certainly hotting up for him. With his production styles changing as often as his tastes, expect more new and exciting projects from Qumulus in the coming months.
Rakoon aka OTM
Name: Niels Kling (name is funny yea :P) aka: Rakoon has been producing since 2000 and since 2002 with REASON. I prefer mainly DARK, Tech DrumAndBass, but enjoy doing some DubStep and Downtempo/Ambient music too. So far the only focus is on producing, but I want to start to doing some DJin soon. :D
Recall
Never knowing what to expect from his 4 deck live sets, he and the rest of drop kru and everyday junglists are tearing their way through the south, on a mission to expose America to drum and bass like never before. \Credited with ten years producing experience, Recall has a strong background in heavy metal, six years on decks, promoting parties in his new home town of Austin, TX, helping bring out heavy hitters from over seas,(i.e.Vegas , Skynet, L Double, etc.) with the local dnb heroes Everyday Junglist`s. This man is rooting in the scene and is definitely one to watch for, for sure. Influenced by heavy hitters such as, slayer, Bulletproof, Kemal, Vector Burn, Fanu, Raiden, Break, D-Kay, Concord Dawn, Dom, Hive, Kaos, and all the quality producers in the North American continent.
Scandal
Scandal has played various events in the past and seen his music featured on a variety of DJ mixes as well as radio shows, including Jungle Train, Witness The Sickness and In The Mix. Scandal’s recent release with colab partner Nitrous “There Will Be Blood” has received top 10 play-listing by some of the worlds top DJs. Along with a slew of singles being released in 2006, recently Scandal has been asked to produce an album for Darkland Recordings, one of the most respected free digital labels in drum‘n’bass. In addition, he has completed remixes for Nitrous, Nick & Erina Z, Sinister and Method.
Screwball
Screwball fom early age was fascinated by various range of sounds, therefore his disappointed parents, who wanted him to become either lawyer or a doctor of medicine, had to send him to music school. Fortunately Mr Screwball turned out to be happygo-lucky kid and his music carrier has begun at this point. Screwball started to create his own sounds on personal computer. In 1995 Screwball and his block mate Pealoo developed project called Riot Kru situated around oldschool and hardcore vibes. RK presented its first gig in legendary club Paradise in Bydgoszcz city. After this incredible and successful debut, crew started to make garage music in their own spot placed in Screwballs basement. Thats the origin of the Basement Kru. Later the crew was organising gigs in Trip club in Bydgoszcz city and appeared in tv music programme. Paeloo was soon replaced by Bandicoot. New squad was entertaining crowds with hard breakbeat. After years of music journey, producing many diffrent kind of sounds (from hiphop, breakbeat, hardcore, to dnb and others) he released an album for polish label Hak Records, and two speed garage eps for Hak and BigBad Records from Birmingham. Also he is releasing hardcore breaks (nu-rave) tracks for Tornado Records, Firewall Records and In Da Jungle Recording. Dj Screwball constantly promotes his own and unique beats but generally doesnt avoid mixing with tracks from famous of less known producers. Screwball has been playing and entertaining crowds in numerous cities and towns, mainly around Poland, but also in England and Spain.
Seiros D
Seiros D began to write music in 1999 year. Drum`n`bass was chosen as main genre but there was another genre (breakbeat). Music making was hobby till 2005 and tracks were too weak for producing. Seiros D changed software and found new people who helped him to get more experience. DJ Serj Radiator, Orp (current nickname is Iskin) and Alex Pusher (head of Noize Draft) gave indispensable experience for creative work of Seiros D. There was big influence of John B too. Seiros d found favorite styles of Drum n Bass with help of John B`s Trance`n`bass and Electrostep tracks. Some time ago Seiros d met Nitrous (dnb producer from Canada). They released their collab tune on Darkland Recordings, also they are making collab projects in present days. Now Seiros D is trying to find new ideas for music, he is also looking for a ways of raising musics quality and discovering his potential.
Sepiroth
Sephiroth is from the UK. Got into dnb about 5 years ago when he discovered Noisia, Spor, BSE, Prolix and became obsessed with the techier sound of the scene and been producing dnb for about 4 years now. He produces solo tracks under the alias Sephiroth and also collaborative tunes under the name C-Sonix along with Mr. Bang-E (first releases forthcoming on Dreadnought Dark Sector records). He is also beginning to get into producing hip hop under the name Sephiroth and he is currenty working with a handful of unsigned artists. Software wise he is using Fl Studio, Sony Sound Forge, Pro Tools LE, Waves plugins, Kjaerhaus plug-ins, Camel Audio plug-ins aswell as loads of other VST's.
Special S aka Moe-Tee
Music has always been a part of my life. Most of my family have somewhat of a musical background. I was a breaker at 9 years old with the SBS crew, and was turned on to the hip-hop way of life by Herbie Hancock's Rock it. By 14, I was scratching on my friends turntable using Pump up the Volume by Mars. While being a little prep, with a hint of hip-hopism, I always had that 4/4 time signature in me. Wrote my first rhyme at 15 years old dedicated to my ex, dissing her for dumping me for my best friend. All the real fun began in my garage in VSL-Montreal-Quebec-Canada with my boy Chris Vaughan (lead & rhythm guitar), and Steve Davis (rhythm guitar and vocals), and as such we where, The Skanks, 1990 - To this day we all somehow find the time to jam it up. Meanwhile, my younger brother, Derrick Abadi (Dj symmetry) was turned on to Jungle n Drum n bass partly because of the loud drumming in the garage, which in turn turned me on to the DnB/Jungle sound. I always loved dance hall, and to me it seemed like the natural next level to its respective sound. Thanks to Steve Davis aka Spanky D, I began to develop my own hosting/Mc skills which has lead me to be where Dj Nitrous n I have launched a couple of tracks which then lead to launchingIn Da Jungle Recording- Online MP3 shop where anyone with any production skills could send in their track to then have 'em up for sale. Recently I've been added to Montreals's Neurotik Sound System Crew bringing a DnB feel to a full Hard-tech crew! It's now my life to be living out the true meaning of "Sound system" Having the chance to bring OUR sound to the people via free outdoor parties. (in summer) Hanging out with these cat has pushed up my production skills for we're all into producing n' spinning. Speedballaone
James AKA SpeedballaOne is a Drum’n’Bass producer very heavily influenced by hip hop music and culture. This up and coming producer/DJ has been honing his skills both on the decks, and in the studio, trying to recreate the madness happening inside his mind. First introduced to Breakbeat and Jungle in 1996 in his hometown of Phoenix AZ, he was hooked as soon as it first graced his eardrums. Over the years supporting Drum’n’Bass music through events and buying anything he could get his hands on in the genre, he decided that he needed to try to produce this music he so wholeheartedly supported. At fist buying an early version of Cubase, and not knowing what the in hell to do with it, not much came out of the PC that was very solid until becoming familiar with VST’s and Software samplers and instruments. Now using a mix of software and hardware along with Reason, you can hear the dedication and barrage of ideas that come though in every tune. Designed to be both groove filled and smashing to the dancefloors, keep your eyes peeled and an ear to the street for this new addition the IDJ Family of artists.
Spotless
Mantvydas Baranauskas a.k.a Kondencuotas Pienas a.k.a Spotless is a musician from the small country of Lithuania which is located almost in the very center of Europe. Mantvydas got involved into making electronic music in the year 2003. Since then he has released his downtempo, lounge, house, drum'n'bass tracks on plenty of labels and netlabels worldwide.
Stylust
Stylust is made up of Nitrous (Guillaume Provencher) and Kensai (Max Brett), two drum and bass producers and Djs with years of experience in the Montreal and Toronto scenes respectively. They met randomly at a Noisia show in Montreal in 2004 and the rest is history! Now with over a dozen collaborations behind them, more on the way and continued expansion of their iDJR label, expect big things from this duo.

Emerging from the multi-faceted, underground electronic music scene of Melbourne Australia comes Shad0w; a young producer / remixer, and one half of Darkstep production duo CTG.
Looking to innovate and carve his own path throughout the hectic music industry of today with his unique blend of dystopian-Industrial elements and ominous, next generation Drum n Bass infused production, and already with some remix work for diverse local and international acts such as Architecture and The Tenth Stage under his belt, as well as upcoming collaboration and remix releases with .Of God and Lucidstatic, both Shad0w and CTG will be names to watch in 2010.
Synrgy
Synrgy is 26 year old Washington, DC native Carl Simon. A natural born musician, and having been exposed to the synth heavy sounds of the 80`s as they were happening, he has always been attracted to the possibilities of electronic music. Exposed to Drum N Bass in 1997, it was hard to ever turn back. Since his debut performance as a Drum N Bass DJ in 2001, Synrgy has rocked dance floors from the Nation`s Capital to Honolulu Hawaii. With residencies at All Aspects in DC and Virginia, Subphonix in Honolulu (of which he is also a founding father), a winning performance at the Fierce Beats DJ Contest, and a hand full of promotional mix CDs, he has gained a reputation for rock solid mixing and igniting the dance floor with his unique energy. Synrgy has been producing his own drum n bass music since late 2004. Honing his skills with other Honolulu artists Meilo, Antikkz and Empyr, he has been working solo since returning to DC in 2005. Refusing to commit himself to any sub-genre, his tracks range from the darkest to the lightest of Drum N Bass and cover most points between. His first release is a remix of a ViralEssence track called "Embers", on In Da Jungle Recordings. "Embers (Synrgy`s Sundown Mix)", blends the haunting vocals of Essence with spacey percussion, hard drums and a driving bass line. Synrgy`s track `The Struggle` (dubplate) has been at 1 on the Drum N Bass charts at trackupload.com since November of 2005. On the same chart, his track `Stumbling` (dubplate) has moved around the top 3 for the same period of time, peaking at 2. He also won the Battle of the Beatz contest with his track "Dark Apprentice" and placed third in the Akanda remix competition for his remix of Cyantific`s "Power Surge".
X-Zero
X-Zero started experimenting with making music around 1999 with Music 2000 on the PlayStation. It was from these early experiments that he knew what he wanted to do. Soon after, he got a PC and Fruity Loops, and didn't look back. He started off creating many styles, but his first love, Drum and Bass, reared its ugly head. For 5 years he locked himself away to hone his craft. He is now at the point in his production where he is happy with what he can produce and wants to inflict his sound on as many ears as he can. He likes productions where all the elements compliment each other. He likes to infuse atmosphere and dark, sci-fi vibes to his productions. Techy leads, modulated bass lines and funky rolling drums add to the recipe, although on some tracks, he goes for a more soulful, clean sound. Music to him is about emotion, soul and atmosphere. He likes music that takes you on a journey, music that conjures images in your mind when you listen, music with energy, funk and groove, music that makes you want to move your body in mysterious ways!
Y2D
Aged only 21 and inspired by the deep sounds of Photek, Ltj Bukem and Calibre, Y2D blends intelligent jungle influences with a rolling drum and bass groove. Currently located in Glasgow, Scotland Y2D runs the monthly club night Full Spektrum which was set up in January 2008 to showcase a broad diversity of d&b, jungle and dubstep music. Having performed at drum and bass events across Scotland from Symbiosis and Post Haste to Split and Jungle Nation, Y2Ds D&B productions have received support from Ash A Tack (Bassdrive Radio) Paul Reset (Nerve Records) and Vic Galloway (BBC Radio One).
